His pricing is fair and he goes out of his way to make sure the job is done right. He even did repairs that were not included in the quote! I had to get some stairwell carpet repaired that had been mangled by a cat over a period of time in many different spots. There was prompt arrival on short notice the same day, quick determination as to what would be involved to fix the parts of the carpet that had been pulled up in different areas, and then it was fixed efficiently, professionally, and quickly.
