Carpet replacement or fix carpets

Recently Forbes magazine had an article on best and worst remodeling of your home ,if you are going to sell it. What type of remodeling gives you the best bang for your buck. Some of the worst things to do, as far as getting your money back, was adding new space or taking a closet out of a bedroom to make it look better. You might only get $400 dollars back. Generally speaking the best things to do were tidying up the home and yard. Getting everything fixed. Carpeting wasn’t mentioned. But from what they hinted, you would probably get less than 1/2 your money back. Fixing the carpet or restretching it to make it look better would make your home show better and sell easier. Then they don’t have a chance in demanding a carpet reduction in price and it shows better. So fix those plugins, touch up the paint,trim the yard,stretch that carpet and or repair those tears,burn’t spots,berber pulls,pet and animal scratches.For what you pay, you will probably sell your home faster show it easier
