There were lots of ripples in our upstairs carpet from poor initial installation but Pablo was able to work magic and make them disappear. He showed up early and worked late to ensure the job got done. I would not hesitate to hire him again or recommend his services to others.
Update (05/15/14) I asked Pablo to come by and remove a carpet bubble in our oddly shaped flex room. He did an excellent job as expected despite the high level of difficulty. Highly recommended!

I met Pablo at the Vancouver Home Show in Spring ’13. Needing to have a carpet re-stretched I called in the early fall. He was able to respond very quickly, repaired the previous carpet layers shabby job to the point where the carpet looked like new! Reliable, trustworthy and hard working, would recommend him to my best friend in fact I will as her carpet was not laid correctly either. Gets rid of bumps and ridges, they are a danger to walk on.

We moved a wall to expand a room and I dreaded having to buy a new carpet when the existing carpet was relatively new. I described the room to Pablo and he agreed to come out and take a look. Within a couple of hours the old extra carpet I had was seamlessly blended in with the rest of the rooms carpet. His 30 years of experience saved me buying a new carpet for the entire room.
