A customer,from RICHMOND called because berber was unraveling on a seam. BERBER SEAMS are a problem because of failure to surge the edge. I took it apart.recut the edge and put it back togethor and surged the edges. The BERBER looked great. The customer was happy that they didn’t have to buy a whole new carpet. And I felt good about saving them money and having done a job that will probably outlast the CARPET.

We had an area of the carpet destroyed by a dog. When Pablo came in, he not only repaired the damage to that area but repaired other parts of the carpet as well. He did a fine job and I would recommend him to anyone who needs a carpet repaired (cheaper than replacing it.)

Absolutely fantastic service! Most companies won’t work on Sundays, especially with a 1 hour notice, but Pablo came out and did a superb job at my Coal Harbour condo. His pricing is fair and he goes out of his way to make sure the job is done right. He even did repairs that were not included in the quote!
