INSTALLATION of new CARPET can have harmful off gas fumes. It is always best to air the house or the room after you have first installed your new carpet.
If you are getting NEW CARPET. to sell the home, think twice. Unless the old carpet is totally trashed,you will not even get 1/2 your money back. Same thing with other types of FLOORING.

My daughter made a mess in her room going wild with a red marker on a wide stretch of carpet about 2 x 5 feet. I tried to repair the job myself with some spare carpet I had in the attic and made a big mess of it. Pablo did great work stretching our carpet and getting rid of the lumps. He was also able to get rid of some wear spots as well, making the carpet look brand new. He was professional, personable and easy to work with. We were very happy with the final results and would definitely recommend his work.
I had to get some stairwell carpet repaired that had been mangled by a cat over a period of time in many different spots. Contemplating new carpet my wife and I decided it would be logical to repair the squeaks in several high use areas in our nearly 50-year old home. Pablo’s work was absolutely perfect. We needed someone to reinstall the carpet in our children’s bedroom (after some renovation work). Pablo showed up right at the time we had agreed upon and set to his work. There are no visible seams and he didn’t even need to put a metal cover between the bedroom and the hardwood floor in the hall. The transition is perfect and the job was outstanding.
We moved a wall to expand a room and I dreaded having to buy a new carpet when the existing carpet was relatively new. I described the room to Pablo and he agreed to come out and take a look. Within a couple of hours the old extra carpet I had was seamlessly blended in with the rest of the rooms carpet. His 30 years of experience saved me buying a new carpet for the entire room. I would call Pablo if I had future carpet issues.
